The Hort Innovation Speak Up Hotline

The Hort Innovation speak up hotline is an independent service run by Stopline that gives you the opportunity to report misconduct and other serious workplace issues – anonymously if you wish. This may include (but is not limited to):

• A breach of Hort Innovation’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics,
• Theft
• Fraud
• Unethical or improper conduct;
• Financial malpractice or impropriety including in relation to taxation affairs;
• Any deliberate concealment relating to the above.

You must have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you are disclosing about Hort Innovation concerns misconduct or an improper state of affairs,

Who can use this service: Current and former employees, officers of the company, contractors, suppliers of services or goods and the spouse, relatives or dependants of the referenced people to report suspected incidents of improper conduct or state of affairs at Hort Innovation. A translation service can be provided, if requested.

The service includes:

• Dedicated hotline number, website, mail and email address
• Expert forensic investigators taking the calls and analysing disclosures.
• Timely reporting of incidents to dedicated representatives within Hort Innovation for investigation.
• Facilitation of anonymous reporting.
